Libby Detling is an inaugural member of the Enso Coaching team. She has over 12 years’ experience leading Talent Acquisition and Recruiting functions for organizations ranging from rapidly growing start up organizations to large tech companies.

Libby is passionate about matching individuals with opportunity and believes that the right opportunity will allow individuals to thrive at their job and love going to work every day. Finding a job can be a daunting experience, and Libby’s extensive experience on the seeker side will propel any client to their next opportunity.

Libby is also a mother to two young children and understands the challenges that come with balancing parenthood with a successful career. She is passionate about supporting parents in finding balance and joy in their work and their incredibly important role as a parent.
